Senior PR Manager (AI & Tech)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid

Salary: From €4,700 gross per month, depending on experience, competence, and other job requirements.

What you will do

• Build hirify.global's presence in top-tier global media through proactive press outreach and newsjacking.
• Draft and distribute press releases for product launches, company milestones, and major announcements.
• Write and pitch op-eds and thought-leadership pieces positioning company leadership as authoritative voices on AI and technology.
• Secure speaking slots, panel seats, and podcast appearances at international conferences and industry shows.
• Build and manage relationships with PR agencies, journalists, editors, media outlets, and brand ambassadors across multiple regions.
• Track media coverage and placements, identify relevant AI and technology conversations, and align PR with marketing, product, communications, and company priorities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of PR experience with a track record of international or global campaigns.
• Strong news instincts and the ability to act quickly on relevant breaking stories.
• Strong understanding of the AI and technology landscape and the ability to distinguish genuinely newsworthy topics from noise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including compelling media writing and tone adaptation across formats.
• Experience managing multiple external agencies, internal stakeholders, and international markets.
• Proactive, self-starting approach to press outreach, speaking opportunities, and relationship building.
