Artwork Finaliser (12 Months Contract)

What you will do

• Prepare and package artwork files for print and digital production.
• Apply amendments and updates to existing artwork accurately and efficiently.
• Preflight files and resolve technical issues before output.
• Ensure deliverables follow brand guidelines, file specifications, and naming conventions.
• Manage a high volume of production tasks and prioritise work to meet deadlines.
• Liaise with Creative Leads and Senior Designers to ensure smooth handover of final files.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in an artwork, production, or studio environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Excellent attention to detail and a thorough understanding of print production requirements.
• Experience with preflighting, colour management, and file preparation for print and digital output.
• Organised, methodical, and reliable under pressure, with the ability to maintain quality during high-volume work.
