Salary: $123,372–$161,925 per year, plus employee benefits and annual performance bonuses.

What you will do
- Analyze regional trends, competitor activity, industry developments, and market drivers to identify opportunities and risks.
- Analyze integrated medical, pharmacy, laboratory, authorization, and operational claims data to inform market operations.
- Provide financial guidance on emerging market trends and their potential impact on performance.
- Evaluate market-level programs and build retrospective studies comparing projected and actual financial and clinical outcomes.
- Develop repeatable analytical processes, best practices, automation, documentation, and tooling improvements.
- Prepare materials for market finance reviews and follow up with market leadership.
Requirements
- College degree in a STEM field such as economics, actuarial science, health economics, biostatistics, health informatics, or health services research.
- 4+ years of quantitative analysis experience.
- Ability to collaborate with market management teams, regional actuaries, and market medical officers.
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Nice to have
- Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, or progress toward an SOA designation.
- Strong understanding of health insurance concepts, data sources, and related nuances.
- Proficiency with SQL, R, and/or Python for querying, manipulating, and analyzing data.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
