What you will do
- Plan, direct, and supervise testing activities through detailed test plans and approaches.
- Design test specifications and test data.
- Assess, integrate, and report test results.
- Apply different testing types and levels to ensure appropriate coverage.
- Improve testing processes and promote test automation.
- Help establish and develop test teams.
Requirements
- Degree in business informatics, informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- At least six years of experience as a Test Manager.
- Strong expertise in the banking and insurance industries.
- Knowledge of software development processes, database technologies, and configuration management.
- Experience with agile models such as Scrum or Kanban.
- ISTQB Advanced-Level certification and excellent German and English skills.
