Requirements Analyst/Business Analyst (IT Consulting): Gathering, documenting, prioritizing, and managing business requirements for large IT projects with an accent on stakeholder communication, specifications, user stories, and use cases. Focus on assessing business impact, supporting development and testing teams, clarifying requirements, and improving requirements analysis processes across agile and waterfall projects.

Location: Stockholm and Gothenburg, Sweden. Offices are also located in Malmö. Full-time permanent position.

What you will do

  • Gather detailed business requirements through stakeholder meetings and interviews.
  • Document requirements as specifications, user stories, and use cases.
  • Analyze, prioritize, and assess the viability and business impact of requirements.
  • Connect stakeholders and maintain shared understanding throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage requirement changes and support development and testing teams by clarifying requirements and resolving issues.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities and help create user manuals and training materials.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a requirements analyst, product owner, scrum master, agile coach, or in a similar role.
  • Experience working across several industries, such as retail, banking, insurance, or the public sector.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and traditional waterfall-based IT development.
  • Fluent written and spoken Swedish and English.
  • Proactive, decisive, cooperative, and responsible approach with strong customer-facing professionalism.
