Test & Quality Assurance Consultant (DevOps)

hirify.global provides testing and quality assurance consulting services for customer assignments across IT and embedded systems.

What you will do

• Perform exploratory, technical, manual, and automated testing for customer projects.
• Write and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Explore new methods for identifying defects and improving software quality.
• Work with test automation, DevOps, IT systems, and embedded systems.
• Contribute to quality assurance and agile-method discussions.
• Help advance and future-proof quality assurance practices at strategic and operational levels.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of testing experience.
• Programming experience with a language such as Python, C#, C++, JavaScript, or Java.
• Experience with databases and REST APIs.
• Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English.
• Ability to understand connections between IT systems and their business benefits.
• Permanent full-time position in Stockholm or Gothenburg.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, Jira, or similar tools.
• Experience with continuous integration, continuous deployment, and DevOps.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure Cloud.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.
• ISTQB certification.
