What you will do
- Identify testing needs and define test scope based on business benefits.
- Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans covering system, acceptance, and regression testing.
- Lead and coach the test/QA team.
- Select suitable testing methodologies and provide recommendations for test automation.
- Coordinate, prioritize, and communicate testing activities.
- Report status, risks, and recommended actions at operational and strategic levels.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- At least 5 years of experience coaching and leading teams.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take responsibility, lead implementation of changes, and work flexibly.
- Interest in building professional relationships and developing a consultant brand.
