Location: Hybrid in Graz or Vienna, Austria
Salary: Minimum gross monthly salary of €5,296; actual compensation depends on qualifications and experience.

What you will do
- Lead testing for SAP S/4HANA projects and coordinate test teams across all project phases.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts, and developers.
- Design and implement test strategies and plans, including test data management and test activity control.
- Guide the use of Tricentis and SAP Solution Manager, oversee test case design, manage defects, and provide transparent reporting.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with GxP, ISO, and SOX standards and maintain complete QA documentation.
- Improve testing processes, advance test automation, and contribute to 's SAP testing capabilities and service portfolio.
Requirements
- Extensive experience managing testing for SAP projects and strong knowledge of SAP-specific test methods and processes.
- Broad functional SAP knowledge and experience with SAP Solution Manager Focused Build, Cloud ALM, XRay, and HP-ALM.
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams, with strong organizational skills, accountability, assertiveness, and attention to detail.
- Experience with both traditional and agile delivery models.
- Business-fluent German at C1 level and ISTQB certification.
- Strong client orientation, reliability, and a pragmatic hands-on approach.
