What you will do

• Manage selected impaired loans with the aim of minimizing losses.
• Conduct credit and collateral analyses, including collateral valuations and provisioning calculations.
• Develop risk-mitigation strategies for mortgage and Lombard clients.
• Participate in client meetings and negotiations, representing and safeguarding the bank’s interests.
• Deputize senior credit recovery officers and collaborate with internal stakeholders on efficient file handling.
• Support reporting, credit-related projects, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or completed studies at a university of applied sciences in economics, banking, finance, or law, or equivalent education or professional experience.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in recovery management, workout of credit files, mortgage, or Lombard lending.
• Profound knowledge of the legal aspects of mortgage or Lombard business and borrowing structures.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively under high pressure.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across teams and stakeholders.
• Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
