Focus on managing P&L, optimizing ROI through GMV and ROAS analysis, and coordinating execution across marketing, operations, and global TikTok teams.
Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland; the role manages the Czech and Hungarian markets.

What you will do
- Own the TikTok Shop strategy, targets, roadmap, and growth plan for the Czech and Hungarian markets.
- Manage TikTok Shop P&L and deliver sales and profitability targets.
- Build creator, agency, and affiliate partnerships to increase product awareness and sales.
- Develop, launch, and optimize TikTok campaigns using data-driven insights.
- Plan promotions, coupons, discounts, bundles, and seasonal activations.
- Monitor GMV, ROAS, CAC, and retention, reporting performance to leadership while coordinating with DTC, marketing, operations, and global TikTok teams.
Requirements
- Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social commerce.
- TikTok Shop or affiliate marketing experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of TikTok’s creator economy and affiliate ecosystem.
- Analytical mindset and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
