What you will do
- Design and maintain user security groups, roles, domain security policies, and business process security controls across Workday HCM and Financial modules.
- Deliver and implement IAM technologies across the bank.
- Automate and integrate Workday with the centralized identity and access management platform.
- Run security audits, monitor segregation-of-duties conflicts, and support regulatory compliance.
- Partner with HR, payroll, and business stakeholders to resolve permission issues and improve secure workflows.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Information Security experience within Workday HCM, focused on IAM and organizational privileges and policies.
- 6+ years of experience gathering requirements and delivering successful solutions.
- Associate's degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of SSO, MFA, Active Directory, PKI, privileged accounts, and integration APIs.
- Ability to define requirements into actionable items for security teams and communicate effectively.
Nice to have
- Experience with SailPoint and other enterprise security tools.
- CISSP or CISM certification.
