Associate Staff Engineer - DotNet Fullstack (.NET/React)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core and modern frontend technologies.
• Own feature delivery from requirements analysis and technical design through implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Build scalable, secure, high-performance backend services and RESTful APIs using clean architecture and engineering best practices.
• Develop and optimize responsive web interfaces with React and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS.
• Diagnose complex technical issues across backend, frontend, and cloud environments.
• Contribute to code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and DevOps practices while supporting junior developers.

Requirements

• Strong cloud development skills.
• Strong React skills.
• Experience with .NET Core, backend services, RESTful APIs, and frontend application development.
• Knowledge of testing, secure development, clean architecture, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
• Ability to collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA engineers.
