What you will do
- Architect and govern the White Label platform, including component libraries, design tokens, and multi-brand scaling logic.
- Lead end-to-end design delivery and thematic customization for enterprise partners.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to align design vision with development pipelines and maintain component parity across Web, iOS, and Android.
- Create reusable component frameworks and UI kits to accelerate white-label partner onboarding.
- Protect brand integrity, accessibility, visual consistency, and quality across customized product experiences.
- Document system architecture, provide training, and mentor designers and cross-functional peers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience, including 3+ years in design system architecture, multi-brand scaling, or white-label platform design.
- Experience architecting, launching, and governing scalable design systems or enterprise-grade UI component libraries.
- Experience delivering co-branded or white-label solutions for major enterprise clients.
- Expert-level Figma, design token, and multi-platform UI library skills.
- Strong design-to-engineering alignment, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Working knowledge of front-end implementation constraints across Web, iOS, and Android.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, payments, or Banking-as-a-Service.
- Experience delivering work for tier-1 global enterprise brands with strict brand standards.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS, React, React Native, or Storybook integration.
- Expertise in iOS, Android, and Web design patterns.
- Experience with usability testing and data-driven design iteration.
