Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote or office in Limassol, Cyprus; applications are welcomed from candidates residing in Cyprus, another EU member state, or the United States. Remote work requires reliable overlap with Cyprus working hours.

Workload: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week.

hirify.global is building an internal product for research, analysis, and decision-support workflows used by its own team.

What you will do

• Turn internal research, analysis, and decision workflows into clear product priorities.
• Define requirements for information quality, decision support, risk visibility, and usability.
• Work with founders, product, design, and engineering to scope product decisions.
• Test prototypes using sandbox, simulated, and historical scenarios.
• Identify workflow friction, edge cases, and practical improvements.
• Document problems and their business impact while informing the roadmap.

Requirements

• At least five years of hands-on experience in trading, investment research, market analysis, risk, market operations, or market-software products.
• Strong practical knowledge of market structure, order execution, position management, and risk discipline.
• Experience using professional market-data, analysis, or trading tools.
• Ability to translate vague problems into specific workflows, business impacts, and realistic improvements.
• Ability to explain decisions, trade-offs, and limitations to cross-functional teams.
• Working English is required, with reliable overlap with Cyprus working hours for remote work.

Nice to have

• Ukrainian or Russian language skills.
• Verifiable examples of relevant professional work.
