Location: Baku, Azerbaijan; onsite with mandatory office attendance
Salary: up to 2,080 AZN gross per month

What you will do
- Complete a structured, fully paid three-month QA Automation traineeship.
- Learn and apply test automation technologies and tools.
- Prepare for work on real commercial and enterprise-level projects.
- Develop toward a QA Automation Engineer role.
- Participate in technical checkpoints with experienced mentors and a personal curator.
Requirements
- Intermediate or higher English and/or German for verbal communication.
- Manual QA experience or completed software manual testing courses.
- Basic knowledge of automated testing tools.
- Programming experience in Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
- Availability for full-time training five days per week, eight hours per day, with mandatory office attendance.
- Own laptop for the traineeship.
Nice to have
- Participation in relevant competitions, olympiads, or AQA conferences.
- Intermediate or higher German.
