Materials Project Manager - NPT (B4) (Materials and Manufacturing): Coordinating materials strategies, supplier selection, sourcing, and commercialization plans for semiconductor and display manufacturing equipment with an accent on demand planning, supplier risk, cost control, and quality. Focus on leading cross-functional materials teams, managing change control, resolving supplier issues, and developing road maps for critical and long-lead parts.
Location: Singapore, SGP. Relocation eligible; travel up to 10% of the time.

What you will do
- Forecast engineering, materials, and manufacturing requirements and communicate demand to suppliers.
- Lead the Materials Core Team and coordinate product development deliverables across buyers, planners, production control, and engineering.
- Create, release, and update project materials strategies and execute commercialization materials plans.
- Support supplier selection, price and delivery negotiations, contract activities, and supplier risk assessments.
- Manage materials change control, cost objectives, total landed cost indicators, and supplier performance.
- Partner with engineering and quality teams to resolve supplier quality issues and develop supplier and commodity road maps.
Requirements
- Depth and/or breadth of expertise in a specialized materials or related discipline.
- Ability to interpret business challenges and recommend improved product, process, or service practices.
- Experience leading functional teams or projects with moderate resources, risks, or complexity.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to lead others through complex issues.
- Ability to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate with stakeholders.
