Fullstack Test Engineer Trainee (QA)

Location: Applications are open in Kazakhstan. Candidates from Almaty attend the program in-office, while participants from Astana can join online.

Salary: Up to 300,000 KZT gross per month.

What you will do

• Learn and apply software testing approaches across the software development lifecycle.
• Develop practical skills in test design, quality assurance, and test automation.
• Work with SQL and databases as part of testing activities.
• Explore testing principles for web and mobile applications.
• Complete practical assignments aligned with real commercial projects.

Requirements

• English at Intermediate level or higher, including verbal communication.
• Strong understanding of software testing theory.
• Understanding of SQL and database fundamentals.
• Understanding of web and mobile application principles.
• Willingness to actively learn and master new tools.

Nice to have

• German at Intermediate level or higher.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages.
• Completed testing-related courses.
• Participation in educational, pet, or open-source projects.
