Program Manager, Business Transformation & Platform Operations (Healthcare)

Location: United States of America — Remote

Salary: $120,000–$165,000 annually, with potential discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Lead and support cross-functional business transformation and operational excellence initiatives across Care Communications.
• Identify process gaps, manual workarounds, data quality issues, and opportunities for simplification and automation.
• Translate business needs into process improvements, reporting solutions, dashboards, and platform-enabled capabilities.
• Coordinate enterprise platform enhancements, requirements gathering, testing, governance, administration, training, and user adoption.
• Advise PMO, PgMO, revenue, compliance, operations, and technical stakeholders on priorities, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations.
• Create documentation, playbooks, training materials, and knowledge-transfer routines that improve business continuity and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, analytics, information systems, program management, process improvement, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, business transformation, business analysis, operational excellence, reporting, automation, platform operations, or process improvement.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications, operational platforms, reporting tools, workflow solutions, or business systems.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, supporting testing, enabling adoption, and translating business needs into scalable solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP, CRM, professional services automation, project portfolio management, workflow automation, analytics, or reporting platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Kantata, or similar platforms.
• Experience in regulated, healthcare, compliance-driven, or operationally complex environments.
• Project management, business analysis, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certification.
