Program Manager, Business Transformation & Platform Operations (Healthcare): Leading business transformation, enterprise platform enablement, reporting, analytics, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across Care Communications with an accent on operational excellence, governance, and scalable business operations. Focus on translating business needs into platform-enabled solutions, building sustainable dashboards and automation, and strengthening process continuity through documentation and knowledge transfer.
Location: United States of America — Remote
Salary: $120,000–$165,000 annually, with potential discretionary bonuses.

What you will do
- Lead and support cross-functional business transformation and operational excellence initiatives across Care Communications.
- Identify process gaps, manual workarounds, data quality issues, and opportunities for simplification and automation.
- Translate business needs into process improvements, reporting solutions, dashboards, and platform-enabled capabilities.
- Coordinate enterprise platform enhancements, requirements gathering, testing, governance, administration, training, and user adoption.
- Advise PMO, PgMO, revenue, compliance, operations, and technical stakeholders on priorities, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations.
- Create documentation, playbooks, training materials, and knowledge-transfer routines that improve business continuity and scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, analytics, information systems, program management, process improvement, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, business transformation, business analysis, operational excellence, reporting, automation, platform operations, or process improvement.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications, operational platforms, reporting tools, workflow solutions, or business systems.
- Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, supporting testing, enabling adoption, and translating business needs into scalable solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP, CRM, professional services automation, project portfolio management, workflow automation, analytics, or reporting platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Kantata, or similar platforms.
- Experience in regulated, healthcare, compliance-driven, or operationally complex environments.
- Project management, business analysis, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certification.
