Steam Sterilization Superintendent (Medical Manufacturing)

Location: Cleveland, Mississippi, United States. Primarily second shift, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work any shift and occasional weekends. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $88,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations across one or more departments.
• Meet production, quality, budget, safety, and delivery requirements.
• Allocate resources and support operating plans, budgets, forecasts, and staffing decisions.
• Implement control systems, training, corrective actions, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Drive improvements in cost reduction, efficiency, inventory turnover, lead time, regulatory compliance, and leadership development.
• Coordinate with managers and customers while applying quality standards, SOPs, cGMP, and 6S principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a technical field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience managing department costs, methods, and employees through full supervision.
• Ability to interpret statistical data and financial reports and resolve technical difficulties.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, World Class manufacturing methods, GMP, FDA guidelines, and process validation.
• Basic English written and oral communication skills; U.S. work authorization required.
