Region Coordinator (Homebuilding)

Location: Remote - Florida (Greater Tampa Area); local travel may be required as business needs require.

Salary: $50,000–$65,000 per year

What you will do

• Review quarterly regional data, identify trends, and support trade partner recruitment.
• Maintain membership records and contract documentation for new builders.
• Plan and coordinate monthly market meetings with builders and sponsors.
• Guide builders and vendors through reporting, discrepancy resolution, and contract submission.
• Support customer service, accounting, and national contract participation.
• Use program data and AI tools responsibly to support productivity and decision-making.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the homebuilding industry is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of business operations experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and web-based tools.
• Ability to travel locally as business needs require.
