Operations Management (Semiconductor): Supporting daily operations, BOM maintenance, supplier coordination, and project execution for semiconductor equipment operations with an accent on continuous improvement, customer fulfillment, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on coordinating schedules, tracking cost and quality metrics, resolving part escalations, and driving projects toward on-time delivery.
Location: Hsinchu, Taiwan

designs, builds, and services materials engineering equipment used to manufacture semiconductor chips and advanced displays.
What you will do
- Support daily TKM operations and internal supplier requirements.
- Monitor operational processes, identify blockers, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage BOM setup for new contract, evaluation, and demonstration kits, including post-contract changes.
- Coordinate project plans, schedules, resources, reports, tracking charts, checklists, and implementation activities.
- Track project costs, schedules, quality metrics, and budget performance for internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve part escalations and report progress against project objectives.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of relevant experience in a large international company.
- At least 2 years of experience in spares and customer fulfillment operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including data analysis and management presentation preparation.
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Nice to have
- In-depth knowledge and experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Experience with TKM CMP technology or operations management.
