TL;DR
Product Line Management III (Semiconductor): Managing post-release semiconductor product changes, configuration accuracy, BOMs, component roadmaps, and service readiness for implant platforms with an accent on product control, NPI implementation, and cross-functional alignment. Focus on approving engineering changes, driving design for serviceability, coordinating vendors and field teams, and reducing product costs.

Location: On-site in Gloucester, Massachusetts; candidates must be in Massachusetts or nearby and/or willing to relocate to Massachusetts.

Salary: $108,000–$148,500 per year

What you will do

  • Own product change management and control, including unreleased product approvals, ECO approvals, and PCN implementation.
  • Manage customer-impacting field service activities and review system feedback.
  • Maintain accuracy of shipped configurations and BOMs, including CaRM reviews and NSR approvals.
  • Own common module and component roadmaps, including obsolescence management, replacements, alternative vendors, and cost reduction.
  • Align product strategies, pricing, spare-level contents, restricted part orders, and roadmap decisions across internal organizations.
  • Manage all post-release product changes driven by engineering, quality, safety, customer demands, or supply obsolescence.

Requirements

  • Strong implant background and in-depth technical knowledge of various implant platforms.
  • Experience with service readiness assessment and driving tasks for NPI products.
  • Ability to work with GPS, iTeam, Field, and Engineering on design for installation, serviceability, and Applied services.
  • Experience partnering with AGS FSO stakeholders and field teams to improve training and documentation.
  • Must work on site in Gloucester; candidates must be in Massachusetts or nearby or willing to relocate to Massachusetts.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
