What you will do
- Provide emergency and critical veterinary care in an after-hours practice.
- Perform and manage cases involving general medicine and surgery.
- Handle high-stress situations and multitask in a busy clinical environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and referring veterinarians.
- Work a combination of day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
- Compassionate approach, strong communication skills, and ability to work as part of a team.
- Proficiency in general medicine and surgery.
- Current DEA License or ability to obtain it upon hire.
- Active veterinary state license.
- USDA Accreditation or ability to obtain it upon hire.
