Residential Installation & Service Technician (Evergreen)

Location: TN - Knoxville, 5720 Asheville Hwy, United States

Salary: $18.20 per hour, plus quarterly bonuses and paid training.

What you will do

• Install, change, disconnect, and restore residential broadband, voice, video, and data services.
• Diagnose and resolve service issues from network connections through customer equipment.
• Install and support basic home networks using coaxial cable, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi.
• Test service quality, make adjustments, and document completed work in digital customer systems.
• Educate customers about products, services, equipment use, and service expectations.
• Maintain assigned vehicles, tools, and equipment while following safety procedures and applicable codes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle safely.
• Ability to work outdoors, in confined spaces, crawl spaces, and attics, including near electrical sources.
• Ability to climb ladders, roofs, poles, or bucket trucks and work at heights up to 26 feet.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 70 pounds or more.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime are required.
