Korea Installation Planner (Non-Tech Project/Program Management) (Semiconductor Equipment Installation): Planning and coordinating equipment installation projects and programs in Korea, including scope definition, milestone setting, feasibility reviews, resource planning, and schedule alignment with an accent on installation quality, cost, lead time, and resource utilization. Focus on forecasting capacity gaps, coordinating cross-regional support, maintaining global installation dashboards, and improving installation cycle time.

Location: Pyeongtaek-NF Summit, South Korea. Travel required up to 20% of the time. Relocation is not eligible.

What you will do

  • Support project and program objectives for equipment installation in the Korea region by completing scope definition, milestone setting, feasibility reviews, and resource planning.
  • Drive assigned installation projects and programs through completion while managing quality, cost, resource utilization, and lead-time performance.
  • Maintain global installation systems and dashboards, ensuring accurate visibility and data integrity for Korea and global stakeholders.
  • Coordinate installation schedules, resolve resource conflicts, and align cross-functional execution with Korea and global teams.
  • Forecast headcount and skill gaps, coordinate temporary support from global teams, and propose mitigation plans during peak demand.
  • Study new installation methodologies, tools, and technologies and support data collection for material and financial resources.

Requirements

  • Conceptual knowledge of installation program management and resource planning.
  • Understanding of installation business drivers, including lead time, resource utilization, and customer commitments.
  • Ability to analyze resource allocation, lead-time bottlenecks, and stakeholder-alignment issues.
  • Ability to explain resource plans, lead-time drivers, and dashboard insights to Korea and global stakeholders.
  • Ability to document installation project and program development and follow company policies for confidentiality and safety.
