What you will do

• Provide leadership and direction through managers of managers.
• Manage and own the regional field service engineering function.
• Execute functional business plans and contribute to segment and functional strategy.
• Direct and control activities across a broad functional area.
• Drive strategic visioning and digital transformation for the region and company.
• Resolve highly complex business problems and influence senior executives and external organizations.

Requirements

• Depth or breadth of expertise in Computer Integrated Manufacturing, data ingestion, and data analysis.
• Broad industry and commercial awareness to drive financial and operational performance.
• Experience leading high-performance teams through subordinate managers.
• Advanced analytical judgment for complex or unusual business problems.
• Ability to negotiate and influence senior executive and external stakeholders.
• Compliance with hirify.global’ Standards of Business Conduct and ethical standards.
