Micron Account Site Manager (M4) (Semiconductor Manufacturing): Leading site operations and business performance for Micron’s Taichung semiconductor service account with an accent on customer satisfaction, P&L ownership, workforce development, and operational strategy. Focus on building multi-layered teams, solving customer manufacturing challenges, and improving service performance across a long-term Taiwan assignment.
Location: Taichung, Taiwan; long-term assignment based in Taichung. Relocation is not available. Travel: 25%.

What you will do
- Lead site operations and business performance for the Micron Account at the Taichung site, including customer satisfaction, P&L ownership, and budget management.
- Serve as the primary customer interface and align Micron expectations with organizational objectives.
- Drive timely technical responses and develop high-value service solutions for customer needs.
- Build, manage, and develop a capable multi-layered workforce for current and future service requirements.
- Collaborate with senior business leaders on strategies addressing customer challenges and organizational goals.
- Define site performance metrics, approve long-term operational programs, and report progress against account and business-unit goals.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in semiconductor field service, preferably including multi-site service operations.
- At least 5 years of people management experience leading and developing multi-layered teams.
- Strong customer relationship skills and the ability to build long-term partnerships.
- Technical expertise in a semiconductor equipment module such as PVD, CVD, ETCH, FEP, CMP, or IMP.
- Proficient communication in both English and Chinese.
- Commitment to career development, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
