What you will do
- Guide leading brands and creative agencies in applying generative AI to creative production.
- Architect and prototype AI-accelerated workflows that improve production speed and storytelling.
- Create high-craft content in Dream Machine for inspirational case studies.
- Advise senior creative and business leaders by translating technical capabilities into concrete opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product, Partnerships, and Sales while bringing partner insights into the product roadmap.
- Define the engagement playbook for the Forward Deployed Creative function in the region.
Requirements
- Senior client-facing creative experience as a Creative Technologist, Technical Director, or in a similar role at a leading agency, studio, or technology company.
- Required portfolio demonstrating shipped, high-craft work, creative judgment, technical skill, and storytelling.
- Deep expertise in VFX, animation, motion graphics, production pipelines, or designing new creative workflows.
- Experience building new initiatives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for strategic consulting with senior creative and business leaders.
- Genuine enthusiasm for the creative potential of AI.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Midjourney, Runway, Pika, or Stable Diffusion.
- Public profile as a creator or thought leader in emerging technology or generative art.
- Experience at an innovative agency or an in-house technology or brand lab.
