What you will do
- Prepare project plans and drive projects from conception through implementation.
- Manage project schedules, task details, tracking charts, checklists, and scheduling tools.
- Coordinate divisional resources to meet on-time and budget objectives.
- Initiate and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Drive cost and schedule performance for equipment serving internal and external customers and worldwide vendors.
- Collaborate with multifunctional design teams, provide technical input, and resolve project complications.
Requirements
- Depth or breadth of expertise in a specialized engineering discipline.
- Ability to interpret business challenges and recommend improvements to products, processes, or services.
- Experience leading functional teams or projects with moderate resources, risk, or complexity.
- Strong analytical problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Must work from the Santa Clara, California, or Austin, Texas location.
