Marketer

Location: Onsite in Almaty, Kazakhstan

Salary: Up to 650,000 KZT per month before taxes, plus a KPI bonus every three months

What you will do

• Manage client relationships as the main point of contact and build long-term partnerships.
• Analyze client businesses, target audiences, competitors, and industry specifics.
• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with client business goals.
• Coordinate designers, performance marketers, and copywriters while monitoring deadlines and quality.
• Track ROI, CPL, and LTV, present results to clients, and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Up to two years of marketing experience in an agency or on the client side.
• Understanding of internet marketing tools, including performance marketing, SMM, and sales funnels.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data.
• Strong communication skills, including presenting ideas and defending strategies.
• Independence, a systematic approach, and responsibility.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
