What you will do

• Provide first-point technical support to more than 1,200 users across trading, business, and technical environments.
• Resolve hardware, software, Windows, Microsoft 365, cloud, and BYOD issues through phone, email, instant messaging, and in-person support.
• Monitor endpoint performance and respond to changes affecting environment stability.
• Perform preventative maintenance, compatibility testing, and research into new technologies.
• Contribute to projects that prevent recurring issues and support evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with systems engineers, network architects, technical analysts, and software developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a similar field preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a technical support position.
• PC and laptop hardware and software installation and troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge and experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.

Nice to have

• Scripting experience or an interest in PowerShell or Python.
