What you will do

  • Join a full-time graduate programme starting in June 2027.
  • Complete structured education covering finance, options, ETF trading, game theory, programming, mock trading, and proprietary trading games.
  • Become embedded in a trading desk and gain exposure to quantitative trading strategies.
  • Manage risk and contribute to hands-on projects and trading simulations.
  • Collaborate with traders, researchers, engineers, and other programme participants.

Requirements

  • Be a soon-to-be or recently graduated student.
  • Be available to join the programme in June 2027.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving ability and interest in complex puzzles.
  • Communicate clearly, build working relationships, and listen to different perspectives.
  • Show ambition, commitment, and a willingness to develop through sustained effort.
