What you will do

• Develop mathematical models to identify patterns in large datasets.
• Conceptualise quantitative research problems and build trading models.
• Back-test, iterate, implement, and monitor systematic trading strategies.
• Participate in hands-on trading games and project work across the quantitative research lifecycle.
• Collaborate with traders, engineers, and other quantitative researchers.

Requirements

• Recent or upcoming PhD, research master’s, or post-doctoral graduate in a quantitative discipline.
• Completed research involving quantitative methods.
• Research-minded approach with strong mathematical modelling and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented problem solving and the ability to interpret data precisely.
• Clear communication and effective collaboration skills.
• Availability to join the graduate programme in June 2026.
