What you will do
- Act as the liaison between customers and the business unit for assigned projects.
- Manage PSEs providing on-site installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
- Work with customers to optimize tool performance for process and integration requirements.
- Check and approve the operational quality of system equipment.
- Direct the training and certification of junior PSEs and instruct them and customers on system operation and maintenance.
Requirements
- Knowledge of three or more processes across one or more technologies.
- Ability to analyze situations and data by reviewing relevant factors.
- Ability to provide direction to employees under established policies and management guidance.
- Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and policies.
- Ability to gain cooperation and present technical information about projects or schedules.
- Commitment to ' Standards of Business Conduct and ethical requirements.
