Location: In-seat in Columbia, Missouri, United States; Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

What you will do
- Answer customer questions about mortgage payments, insurance, and taxes.
- Respond to loan servicing inquiries by phone, email, and other communication tools.
- Gather basic customer information and connect customers with the appropriate team.
- Support customers and colleagues by providing accurate payment information and helpful service.
- Follow company guidelines and legal requirements while documenting important details.
- Participate in a collaborative team environment and assist with non-licensed tasks as needed.
Requirements
- At least six months of experience in customer service or loan servicing.
- Basic computer skills and comfort working in an online environment.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work consistently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Ability to work the scheduled Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. shift in the Columbia, Missouri office.
