Senior Manager, Data Quality & Issue Management (Data Quality): Defining and executing enterprise data-quality strategy, issue-management processes, governance controls, and scalable quality solutions for a captive auto-finance business with an accent on data lineage, regulatory compliance, and data-engineering integration. Focus on leading two teams, governing issue remediation, implementing Informatica and Collibra workflows, and applying Agentic AI and MCP-based automation to improve detection and resolution.
Location: Plano, Texas, United States. Applicants must already have the right to work in the United States and must not require employment-based visa or work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

What you will do
- Define and execute the enterprise data-quality strategy, roadmap, and operating model across lending, servicing, collections, risk, and related functions.
- Lead two teams comprising 20 data-quality analysts, engineers, stewards, and business partners.
- Govern the complete issue-management lifecycle, including detection, triage, root-cause analysis, remediation planning, and closure.
- Establish data-governance standards, controls, lineage, ownership models, KPIs, KRIs, dashboards, and scorecards.
- Implement automated data-quality rules and monitoring with Informatica CDGC/CDQ and Collibra, integrating quality checks into data pipelines.
- Apply Agentic AI and MCP-based automation to data-quality detection, anomaly identification, issue triage, and remediation workflows.
Requirements
- 10–12+ years leading enterprise data-quality programs in complex financial-services environments.
- Experience managing issue identification, triage, root-cause analysis, remediation, and closure, including lending and credit-reporting requirements.
- Experience supporting originations, servicing, collections, funding, remarketing, credit risk, and compliance in a captive or consumer-lending organization.
- Hands-on experience with Informatica CDGC/CDQ, Collibra, metadata management, data lineage, stewardship, and governance operating models.
- Experience partnering with data-engineering teams to implement scalable quality checks and data flows.
- Experience leading high-performing teams and supporting regulatory requirements covering fair lending, credit-reporting accuracy, privacy, model governance, and audit readiness.
Nice to have
- Experience with Snowflake, Apache Iceberg, Databricks, Apache Kafka, RESTful microservices APIs, and advanced SQL.
- Knowledge of data modeling, data products, lifecycle management, domain-driven design, Agentic architecture, and Model Context Protocols.
