Director, R&D and Data Science

Location: Remote (United States); travel up to 5% required

What you will do

• Drive the multi-year strategy and roadmap for hirify.global’s research, innovation, data, and AI/ML initiatives.
• Lead research into new business concepts, products, technologies, data sources, and analytical methods.
• Work with functional teams to identify innovation opportunities and translate business needs into research and innovation projects.
• Design resource allocation processes and lead the innovation cycle from seed-stage ideas through solution delivery.
• Track project progress, monitor outcomes, and adjust initiatives as needed.
• Own the annual innovation budget, staffing projections, business plans, and cost-management activities.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Economics, Statistics, Operations Research, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of data analytics and data science experience.
• 3+ years of experience in leadership roles.
• Strong organization, prioritization, multitasking, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information.
• Must be located in the United States; hirify.global will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
