TL;DR
Supply Chain Strategic Planning Analyst (Manufacturing Supply Chain): Supporting cross-functional supply chain planning and strategy activities for Manufacturing Parts Operations with an accent on executive planning, KPI coordination, and strategic initiatives. Focus on developing annual Hoshin and operating plans, tracking more than 80 KPIs, and preparing executive-level updates.
Location: Plano, Texas. Must have the right to work in the United States without current or future immigration sponsorship.

What you will do
- Coordinate and develop the annual MPO Hoshin and Annual Operating Plan with MPO executives.
- Prepare regular Supply Chain Pillar executive updates and presentations.
- Leverage cross-division resources to align MPO with TMNA strategic initiatives.
- Lead strategic initiatives supporting future customer needs and new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain processes for monthly tracking of more than 80 KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, or 3+ years of equivalent professional experience in supply chain, manufacturing planning, or operations.
- Basic understanding of supply chain operations, KPIs, and strategic planning processes.
- Experience visualizing supply chain projects, proposals, and problem-solving activities.
- Experience creating executive-level presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
- Must not require employment-based visa or work authorization sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Manufacturing supply chain experience.
- Knowledge of departments and functions within Supply Chain Strategy and Operations.
- Experience with AI, Power BI, Power Automate, and modern data visualization or reporting tools.
- Experience with Hoshin or mid-term business planning.
