What you will do

  • Define and lead communications strategies for competitive positioning and customer experience transformation.
  • Translate competitive insights and CX priorities into storytelling across earned, owned, and internal channels.
  • Establish a competitive intelligence and response framework for proactive narrative shaping and rapid response.
  • Communicate the future of CX, including AI-enabled experiences, proactive service, predictive support, digital-first tools, and personalized engagement.
  • Integrate messaging across Customer Experience, Product, Marketing, Social, Digital, Field, and Care teams.
  • Advise senior leadership and shape narratives supporting market position, customer trust, and business objectives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience developing enterprise-level communications strategies.
  • Deep expertise in media relations, crisis management, and competitive positioning across traditional, digital, and social platforms.
  • Experience leading multicultural programs and applying cultural intelligence to enterprise communications.
  • Executive presence, strategic influence, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to counsel C-suite leaders.
  • Financial and operational acumen, including experience managing large-scale budgets and organizational resources.
  • Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree in communications, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
