TL;DR
Data Analyst (SQL/Power BI): Transforming business data into dashboards, performance analysis, and actionable insights across Pluxee’s B2B2C ecosystem with an accent on statistical modeling, data visualization, and stakeholder communication. Focus on designing analytical models, optimizing data structures, and solving complex business questions with SQL, Python, and R.
Location: Montevideo, Uruguay; hybrid working environment according to local policies

What you will do
- Translate business needs into analytical questions, data solutions, and insight-driven recommendations.
- Calculate and benchmark KPIs to support business performance and strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain operational dashboards and reports in Power BI.
- Conduct ad-hoc studies and apply regression analysis, time series adjustment, and control group sampling.
- Design data visualizations and analytical models, collaborating with data engineering and governance teams.
- Support data quality, catalog, documentation, and governance initiatives across local, regional, and global stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar data analysis role.
- Strong SQL and database optimization skills.
- Experience with Power BI and statistical analysis using R and/or Python.
- Strong knowledge of KPI design, business performance indicators, data storytelling, and communication with non-technical audiences.
- Fluency in Spanish is required for this local individual contributor role.
Nice to have
- Experience in a multinational or digital-first environment.
- Familiarity with hybrid on-premises/cloud data architectures.
- English or additional languages such as French or Portuguese.
