What you will do
- Develop and execute corporate communications strategies supporting business priorities, organizational culture, brand reputation, and leadership visibility.
- Lead internal communications covering company strategy, human resources campaigns, milestones, culture, and change management.
- Create executive messages, speeches, talking points, presentations, media materials, and thought leadership opportunities.
- Manage brand voice, tone, narrative, and visual identity across internal and external communications.
- Partner with Human Resources, Marketing, Government Relations, and business leaders on integrated communications plans.
- Advise leaders during sensitive issues, change initiatives, reputation matters, and crisis situations while measuring and improving communications impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Communication, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- 8+ years of communications experience across internal communications, executive communications, brand management, public relations, crisis communications, or corporate affairs.
- Exceptional writing, editing, messaging, and storytelling skills for employee, executive, media, and stakeholder audiences.
- Strong executive presence and judgment, including the ability to counsel senior leaders and manage sensitive information under pressure.
- Highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
