Head of Fund Analytics & Automation (AI)

hirify.global is a global commerce company providing funding, distribution, marketing, and monetization tools for video game developers.

What you will do

• Design and operate the full credit deal workflow from origination intake and screening through scoring, credit committee review, and closing.
• Build the data ingestion and storage layer for borrower financials and payment telemetry, including hirify.global transaction data, ETL pipelines, materialized views, and documented data contracts.
• Instrument the LP and fundraising pipeline with CRM automation, referral and conference tracking, follow-up orchestration, and data room maintenance.
• Deliver fund-level investor dashboards and facility-level borrower dashboards.
• Manage reliability, security, cost controls, and regression testing for AI-assisted automation.
• Operate on the underwriting side after the first close through portfolio monitoring, covenant and collateral tracking, scenario analysis, and stress testing.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience across data analytics or data engineering, including recent hands-on production automation experience.
• Strong SQL and Python skills and end-to-end ownership of a PostgreSQL or similar data platform.
• Production experience with LLM-based automation, including schema validation, human review gates, evaluation, regression testing, and model routing.
• Experience with workflow orchestration such as n8n, Airflow, or comparable tools, plus BI and dashboarding platforms.
• Security experience covering role-based access, deny-by-default policies, audit trails, and PII handling.
• Finance or quantitative education and practical experience in portfolio analytics, market risk, or credit; strong written and spoken English is required.

• Private credit, lending, or fund operations experience.
• Forecasting and statistical modeling experience.
• Embeddings, semantic search, and multi-model AI experience.
• React, TypeScript, or similar web development experience for internal tools and dashboards.
• Experience in audited or regulated environments such as SOC 2 or fund audits.
