Engineer III - CICD Code Signing Automation (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote within the United States; U.S. citizenship or Green Card/permanent resident status required

Salary: $120,000–$180,000 per year, plus bonus and equity eligibility

Cybersecurity company building an AI-native platform that protects organizations and processes nearly 3 trillion events per day.

What you will do

• Manage code signing for binaries, packages, and software artifacts across Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Administer certificate lifecycles, including issuance, renewal, revocation, and secure storage.
• Design and maintain encryption, PKI, certificate, and code-signing frameworks with automation tooling.
• Improve the reliability, efficiency, and scalability of build, packaging, and deployment systems.
• Develop maintainable code, documentation, and pipeline tooling; participate in code reviews and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Provide troubleshooting, maintenance, restoration, and on-call support for CI/CD and build engineering services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering, DevOps, or build engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and automation and experience writing Groovy for Jenkins pipelines, Jenkinsfiles, and shared libraries.
• Deep knowledge of encryption and PKI concepts, including key pairs, certificate authorities, hashing, and signing algorithms.
• Experience administering and troubleshooting CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins or GitLab, plus Docker, Kubernetes, configuration management, and virtualization automation.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card/permanent resident.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure APIs.
• Experience with Ansible, Chef, Salt, or VMware automation.
• Experience applying AI technologies to improve workflows, decision-making, and efficiency.
• Experience supporting global, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
