Software Delivery Manager

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of software products, features, and engineering initiatives across multiple development teams.
• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, release management, and delivery throughout the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Manage delivery risks, escalation paths, resource forecasting, capacity planning, and stakeholder communication.
• Improve Agile processes, delivery frameworks, team workflows, metrics, and reporting to increase productivity and predictability.
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to maintain architectural and quality standards.
• Drive automated testing, release readiness, production support, process automation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of professional experience, including 7 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Extensive experience developing and delivering digital projects and products across cross-functional software development teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent software projects and distributed development teams.
• Strong understanding of release management and cloud-based development environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, risk management, decision-making, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
