IMS Trainer

Location: Bangkok, Thailand; geographical support for hirify.global TIS Operations in-country. Training is delivered both face-to-face and virtually.

What you will do

• Deliver face-to-face and virtual training courses related to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 50001 schemes.
• Execute advisory projects and, within the authorised area of specialism, perform business assurance assessments.
• Conduct training needs analyses, identify client requirements, and develop tailored training solutions.
• Design training programmes, course materials, and events for public and in-company delivery.
• Support consultative sales, account development, lead generation, and promotion of additional services.
• Maintain professional competence, CPD records, professional registrations, and records of competence.

Requirements

• Technical qualification and competence to provide training and advisory services for the defined ISO schemes.
• Capability to deliver both face-to-face and virtual training courses.
• Ability to design training materials and adapt delivery techniques to different groups and individual learning styles.
• Ability to undertake business assurance assessments in accordance with current procedures.
• Commitment to maintaining technical expertise, professional registrations, and competence records.
