Senior Partner Solutions Engineer (Federal Systems Integrators)

Location: Remote, based in the DC/VA/MD area, with regular presence at partner sites across the National Capital Region; willingness to travel approximately 25–35% is required.

Base salary: $110,000–$190,000 USD annually, depending on geographic location, knowledge, skills, and experience. Eligible roles may also receive incentive compensation or participate in the hirify.global Corporate Bonus Program.

What you will do

• Advise Federal Systems Integrator and consulting partners from technical briefings through hands-on architecture workshops.
• Work with SI capture and solution-architecture teams to position hirify.global in proposed architectures during capture, proposal, and recompete phases.
• Build reusable reference architectures, quick-start guides, and solution kits for SOC modernization, SIEM migration, Zero Trust data pipelines, compliance logging, cloud migration, and observability modernization.
• Design and deliver partner enablement programs, including training, bootcamps, whiteboarding sessions, and certification pathways across hirify.global Stream, Edge, Search, and Lake.
• Deliver executive technical briefings, develop partner technical champions, and support post-award delivery teams with architecture reviews, office hours, sizing, and deployment guidance.
• Collaborate with account solutions engineers, sales, and partner managers while bringing partner feedback to product and go-to-market teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales solutions engineering or solutions architecture for data, security, or observability platforms.
• Hands-on expertise in data pipeline architecture and at least one major SIEM or analytics ecosystem, including the ability to create deployable reference architectures.
• Working knowledge of the U.S. Federal market, FedRAMP, FISMA, and government cloud deployment models.
• Experience working with partners, channel organizations, or systems integrators as a primary technical audience.
• Ability to create technical content such as reference architectures, implementation guides, labs, or training materials and communicate with both executives and practitioners.
• Residence in or ability to regularly work across the DC/VA/MD area, including partner-site presence, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Federal capture, proposal, or recompete cycles.
• Partner or alliance solutions engineering experience at an enterprise software vendor.
• Broad observability and data-engineering expertise combined with security experience.
• Relevant cloud, security, or vendor certifications.
• Active or prior U.S. security clearance and established Federal SI relationships.
