Senior Technical Producer - Developer Connections, Build & Release

What you will do

• Lead multi-month initiatives spanning multiple technical teams and own delivery, readiness, escalation, and post-launch outcomes.
• Partner with engineering managers, technical leads, and product partners to shape technical product strategy, roadmaps, and long-term vision.
• Own prioritization, backlog management, production cadence, delivery predictability, and phase-based production plans.
• Define success metrics and use developer, operator, and service signals to guide prioritization.
• Drive rollout, handoff, day-0 quality, QA partnership, operational readiness, and postmortem-based improvements.
• Manage risks, remove blockers, align teams with competing goals, and communicate technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 6 years of experience as a Technical Producer, Technical Program Manager, Product Manager, or Development Manager on medium to large teams.
• Track record of delivering multiple projects on time and at the targeted quality level.
• Experience applying and adapting Agile and Lean development processes at scale.
• Broad understanding of technical systems and the ability to evaluate and explain alternative solutions and tradeoffs.
• Experience defining product strategy, success metrics, roadmap priorities, and operational readiness for production services.

Nice to have

• Agile certification from Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, PMI, or ICAgile.
• Advanced Atlassian expertise or Atlassian certification, including Jira Product Discovery, Jira Space Administration, or Jira Plans.
• Experience with operational platforms, internal developer tooling, cloud-based services, or globally scaled highly available systems.
