Senior Technical Program Manager - Developer Connections, Build & Release (Video Games)

What you will do

• Align autonomous, cross-functional teams around complex programs supporting strategic technology priorities.
• Create program plans with creative, architecture, operations, technical, and leadership stakeholders.
• Facilitate Agile planning events, delivery processes, communication, and team rituals.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, performance, expenditures, and return on investment.
• Build and maintain program roadmaps to improve transparency and delivery predictability.
• Manage partner relationships and support product release and go-to-market planning.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Agile certification from Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, PMI, or ICAgile.
• Advanced Atlassian Power User experience with Jira Product Discovery, Jira Space Administration, and Jira Plans.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling and DevOps practices.
• Background in software development, infrastructure, or live operations management.
• Strong teamwork, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Program management experience in a large distributed organization.
• Experience managing hardware, software, or video game products through conception, development, launch, and live service operations.
• Atlassian certifications.
