Focus on productionizing reusable cloud patterns, improving CI/CD and platform reliability, and supporting complex AI solutions in a regulated environment.
Location: Waterloo, Ontario, Canada; hybrid work model
Salary: CAD 90,000–140,000 per year

What you will do
- Act as a subject matter expert for enterprise AI services and solutions.
- Support and integrate AI solutions across the organization using AWS cloud services.
- Enable and maintain Amazon Bedrock capabilities, including agents and knowledge bases.
- Develop and support Amazon Bedrock Agent Core, Amazon Q Business, and Amazon Quick Suite agentic workflows.
- Productionize existing services and reusable cloud patterns through the Pattern as a Product framework.
- Lead proof-of-concepts, KTLO activities, CI/CD improvements, automation, training, and ongoing platform support.
Requirements
- Experience as a cloud and analytics professional supporting enterprise-scale analytics or machine learning platforms.
- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical thinking, problem-solving, risk management, and independent working skills.
- Hands-on experience with AWS tools such as IAM, S3, CloudFormation, Lambda, or Service Catalog.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation and/or Terraform.
- Experience with CI/CD, Git-based workflows, Bitbucket, and scripting with PowerShell, Python, or other shell languages.
- Reliability Status Clearance is required, including a law enforcement inquiry and credit check.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting AI/ML or analytics platforms.
- Experience in regulated or security-focused environments.
- Experience with Jenkins and related CI/CD tooling.
