Senior Optimization Programmer (C/C++)

What you will do

• Own CPU and GPU optimization challenges for upcoming AAA titles.
• Prioritize optimization work in collaboration with project leadership.
• Support developers in resolving performance challenges.
• Debug and profile code to identify performance bottlenecks.
• Write structured, readable, and maintainable code within a large codebase.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of programming experience in the game industry or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of CPU and GPU optimization techniques.
• Strong debugging, profiling, code performance, and complexity analysis skills.
• Fluency in C/C++ and other applicable programming languages.
• Ability to work with deadlines and milestones in a collaborative team environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English is required.

Nice to have

• Native or advanced Dutch language skills.
• Current knowledge of graphics APIs such as DirectX 12.
• Console programming experience.
