Graphics Programmer (C++)

Location: Utrecht, Netherlands; onsite and not remote. Applicants must be living in the Netherlands.

What you will do

• Design and write structured, readable, and maintainable code.
• Contribute to a large game-development codebase as part of the graphics programming team.
• Implement high-level graphical effects and work with modern graphics and lighting techniques.
• Enhance, enable, and optimize graphics engines across multiple platforms.
• Debug development issues and solve technical problems pragmatically.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of programming experience in the games industry or a related industry.
• Current knowledge of DirectX 11/12, OpenGL 4.x, and Vulkan APIs.
• Strong understanding of modern graphics and lighting techniques, mathematics, optimization, code performance, and complexity.
• Fluency in C++ and other applicable programming languages.
• Ability to work effectively with deadlines and milestones and communicate well in written and spoken English.
• Must be living in the Netherlands; this is not a remote role.

Nice to have

• Native-level Dutch language skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills for overcoming technical challenges.
